Do I need to prepare my machinery or equipment for transport?

Yes, you do. Before any machinery or equipment is loaded and moved by our team you will need to make sure that the machine is cleaned and drained of any fluids. We ask that you drain the machinery to ensure no leakage occurs on our journey to your destination.

How do you transport vehicles?

Since construction, mining and industrial equipment is extremely heavy and is often oddly shaped, we use our prime movers with trailers to adequately move your load. While flatbed trailers are often the default method for many transportation companies we also have:

Is my load insured while being transported?

While we do have transport and heavy vehicle insurance that will cover your load in the event of damage. We still recommend getting in contact with your insurance company to ensure you have the appropriate coverage.

What is over-dimensional freight?

The term over-dimensional freight refers to any load that exceeds the standard or ordinary legal size or weight limit for a road. We accommodate for this type of freight by using our heavy hauler trucks and trailers and by creating specialised routes to ensure your load gets to you safely. Depending on the shipment we may travel overnight to avoid potential obstacles.
